BlueLocale is a property-investment intelligence platform for the Dubai real-estate market, operated by Solenter LLC. We are a publisher of independent market analysis and property information for investors. We are not a licensed real-estate broker or investment adviser, and nothing on this platform constitutes investment or brokerage advice.

Our platform is available at bluelocale.com. We also operate an internal dashboard at agency.bluelocale.com for operational use.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Contact details you provide — your name, WhatsApp number, and/or email address when you submit an enquiry or otherwise contact us.
• Property requirements — details of what you are looking for as a buyer or investor when you share them with us.
• WhatsApp messages — the content of messages you send to our WhatsApp Business number (+971 50 644 1491). These messages are used to process and respond to your enquiry.
• Usage and analytics data — basic information about how you interact with our website (such as pages visited and general geographic region), collected through standard web analytics tools. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Help investors find relevant off-plan property opportunities and, where requested, pass enquiries to our licensed broker partner so they can respond.
• Operate and improve our internal platform at agency.bluelocale.com.
• Respond to enquiries you send via our website or WhatsApp Business number.

WhatsApp and Meta

We operate a WhatsApp Business number as part of our service. Messages sent to or received from that number are processed through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. By messaging our WhatsApp number, your messages are also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policies, which are independent of this policy. Sharing your information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With our licensed broker partner — when you submit an enquiry or property requirement, your contact details and requirements may be shared with our licensed broker partner so they can respond to you directly.
